Enrique Graue Wiechers, rector of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), referred to the plagiarism of Minister Yasmín Esquivel’s thesis. “The rectory in no way evades its responsibility. My actions are not the product of postponement, timidity, fear or cover-up. I act and will continue to do so within the framework of university legislation,” he assured.
