Scientists from the University of Ariel conducted research that allowed them to conclude that, under certain characteristics, it is possible to know 48 hours in advance when an earthquake will occur. For the study, a technique was developed that allows recording changes in the ionosphere, which can be interpreted as signals of an earthquake.
