Liter by liter, residents of the metropolitan area of La Laguna in Coahuila, in northeastern Mexico, try to collect tons of bottled water to send to their neighbors in Monterrey, in the state of Nuevo León, who for months have suffered worst drought in decades. Federal and state authorities, agro-producers and businessmen are also implementing actions to solve this crisis.
