This Sunday a plebiscite is being held in Chile to decide whether or not to approve a proposal for a new political constitution. Prior to the closing of the polls, CNN asked several Chilean citizens their opinion on this electoral process that, if the yes vote wins, would replace the constitution drafted during the Pinochet dictatorship.
