
Nicaragua: Judiciary Presents Detainees After Complaint by Relatives for Human Rights Violation | Video
In Nicaragua, the Judiciary presented former presidential candidates Juan Sebastián Chamorro and Miguel Mora Barberena before the courts. Also the student leaders Lesther Alemán and Max Jerez, and the political scientist José Antonio Peraza and three former employees of the Violeta Barrios de Chamorro Foundation, arrested in May of last year. This is because the relatives of the prisoners denounced that the regime of President Daniel Ortega was violating human rights. Learn the details in the following video.
