Ingrid Escamilla’s mother joins the 25N march in Mexico

Women, organizations, collectives and citizens commemorated this International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women with a great march in Mexico City. According to figures from the Ministry of Security and Citizen Protection, 777 femicides have been registered in the country between January and October of this year, and the number of deaths in relation to gender has been constantly increasing since 2015.
