Hurricane Fiona makes landfall in Puerto Rico

Storm Fiona became a category 1 hurricane, according to Puerto Rican authorities, with winds of more than 136 kilometers per hour. While the government and the Luma Energy company promise to restore electricity, citizens remember the damage caused by Hurricane Maria five years ago.
