In Mexico, the Guelaguetza festival began in Oaxaca, in the south of the country. For almost a month, dancers from the seven state delegations represent their cultural heritage in streets and public festivals. Among them is Gustavo, a 20-year-old with a hearing disability who has become an inspiration by being part of a group selected by a specialized jury.
