(CNN) — Possible Tropical Cyclone Thirteen has formed in the Caribbean and a tropical storm warning has been issued along the coast of Colombia, according to a new advisory from the National Hurricane Center.

The system, which lacks a well-defined center at this time, is expected to become more organized as it moves westward, just north of the coast of Venezuela and Colombia.

PTC Thirteen is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm by Friday morning and strengthen into a hurricane before threatening Central America on Sunday. Julia is the next name on the list of Atlantic storms.
