
Cafiero warns Uruguay about its future in Mercosur
In a face-to-face interview with CNN Primera Mañana, Argentine Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero was categorical about the possibility of Uruguay negotiating unilaterally with China, assuring that the country will have to decide if it wants to be part of Mercosur or “break” with the bloc.
